What are some non- obvious things to back-up if I'm doing a clean install of Lion?

I am about to do a clean install of Lion and I just wanted to make sure of all the things I need to backup. Obviously photos, music and videos I will back up. I need to back up Mail's smartfolders, Rules, flags,etc. *Are there any other obvious things I need to back up that I'm forgetting.*

Does anyone know how to back-up email so it keeps all the different color flags
 
Internet Browser bookmarks, Program preferences, the list is endless,

why not migrate from time machine?

because i was having a problem with iPhoto that couldn't be solved and might have corrupted something with my graphics card
 
Don't you have a time machine backup? That should just about cover everything, literately.
