Had to replace my iPhone 4S - Buzzing sound in calls

Just replaced my 4S, not even had it a week! However it had a electrical buzz when making calls ( not the GSM buzz ) Anyway, was an easy swap and all working fine now!

Anyone else had this issue? Seems a similar problem happened with the 4 as well. Makes me think there are some quality control issues?
