Use the Restore DVD #1 and do a clean install using ZERO OUT as Secure Erase Option in Disk Utility.

Buy a new hard drive and do a fresh install on it. Then form a fellowship to take the old hard drive and throw it into the fires of an active volcano.
It's the only way to be sure.
