try another browser instead the safari. what about Skyfire?

sorry I can't help on that one, I don't have an iOs device yet.

Icefilms can be streamed to the iPad however it is a ridiculous pain in the *** to set up, and you'd need to be jailbroken. If you wanna go that route, just google and there are plenty of walkthrough guides.
