Silicone skin on the Otterbox Defender for iPhone 4 and 4S the same?

Hi, any folks know if the silicone skin on the defender is the same for both the 4 and the 4S?

I like the old polycarbonate case design but would prefer the improved silicone skin on the 4S defender. Hope somebody can help verify the skin material, thanks a million in advance!🙂
