There is no SIM card installed in the iphone you are attempting to activate...

I got a replacement 4S from Apple yesterday and upon trying to restore the phone I get there is no SIM card message in iTunes. I never got this with the first phone from Verizon. Any reason I am seeing it now?

I got it to activate but there is no Verizon SIM in the replacement phone. They are supposed to swap them out. Don't need it but I will get that error message each time I restore in iTunes.
