Can i downgrade from 5.0.1 to 5.0?

Is the original 5.0 firmware still being signed by apple, or do i have to use for instance tiny umbrella?
 
No. Even with saved SHSH blobs you cannot downgrade. Starting with iOS 5, Apple changed the way the blobs are signed. They are now signed so that they can only be used once.
