OCZ Agility 3 AGT3-25SAT3-240G 2.5" SATA III MLC compatible with MacBook Mid-2007?

Sure, it will work wonderful, but the chipset will limit it to around 120MB/s read/write (because of SATA I), even though an SSD is ALOT faster than a mechanical HDD, so the read/write speeds going above that doesn't really matter as far as performance feels, but can always be nice to own a drive that is able to do more, if you ever upgrade the macbook to one that has SATA2 or 3.
An SSD will also be much more power efficient, be totally quiet and also isn't easily damaged compared to a HDD and also run cooler. These are all advantages, the only disadvantage is the size of the SSD's are gonna cost if you want a lot of storage. But i guess you already knew that.
