It's getting to the point where I don't think I can update at all.
Can't update to 5.0.1 or 5.0 got error -54 on both updates and 3194 error too.
I've got an iPod touch 4th generation, jailbroken 4.3.5 using Redsn0w
😡 🙁 😕

Don't you have to restore & un-JB before you can upgrade? (In case you haven't.)
