You can download Youtube videos easily with something like Keepvid. It doesn't need downloading. Just copy and paste the link in the box and go.

It can't download everything tho, I basically want to be able to download videos of a membership site i'm on so I can view them offline and save bandwidth.

Hey bro, i just created this account to tell you, i found iGetter downloader, is very similar and works like Orbit. It's not free, but i don't found limitations without a register.

iGetter is nothing like Orbit in being able to capture streamed videos. It is just a simple download manager.

it's very expensive "Jaksta Deluxe for Mac" is $69.95
No!

That is the whole suite which you don't need. Jaksta was also in a recent bundle, so would have cost you pennies.
