iLife '11 then Lion, or vice versa

Currently running 10.6.8 and plan to upgrade from iLife '08 to '11 and also plan to upgrade to Lion. Does it matter in which order I go? My gut tells me to upgrade to iLife '11 first, then go to Lion.

Tips or thoughts on this?

I would just do iLife 11 first. Are you getting it from the MAS?
