App to scale the size of PDF documents
I take a lot of school notes on PDFs. On my Mac, I usually do a print to PDF function and set the document scale to 75% to create a larger margin to write on. Then I transfer the file to my iPad. Is there anyway to scale a document like this via an app in the App Store? The ability to take the final product and do an "open in..." is a must. Thanks!

It depends a little on the nature of the PDF, but I import my PDFs into Noteshelf which gives me space around the entire document for me to handwrite onto. Noteshelf is a great app.
