iBook G4 Software install and restore disc 2

So I was just looking at my Software Install and Restore Disc 2 to see what is on it, and I only saw .pdf Read Me type files in all different langages on it. Is that all? That's the only things they put on the whole bloody disc? Do I even need the second disc?
