Hi,

I'm new to programming on the Mac OS (in fact any OS) and would like to start learning it to improve my time utility on my Mac. I've developed a basic working knowledge of Visual Basic through projects I've had at work so am not a complete beginner in this regard.

My first goal is this:

When I right-click a hyperlink on a Twitter post in Firefox (my primary browser), I want there to be a "Open using Google" option.

What this does is when I click on it, is it copies and pastes the first x characters of the Twitter post itself into the Firefox search bar, searches, and then opens up the first webpage in the search results.

I'd be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction.

Thanks
