kernel panic upon boot up on my mac pro

My mac pro cannot boot. it shows a sign of a "kernel panic". i tried removing my Myricom PCI-E ethernet adapter and it worked.

I tried using the said adapter on another Mac and it worked on other the Mac. So the the adapter is good.

how can we solve this?
