i have installed a battery health app, it says I'm 98% full, not charging ( is plugged in ) BUT one of my battery cells is 0%

:confused: im confused, does this mean that one of my batteries is broken??

please help. thanks

What app is it? What does System Profiler show as your battery condition?

its called battery inspector, system profiler??? the system information power tab? it says normal but idk the app was showing 3 full cells a week or 2 ago....

Battery Information:
Your battery is fine. I would disregard the Battery Inspector report on cells. I can't find detailed stats on that battery model, but I believe it has 12 cells, not 3. If that's the case, the cell report in BI is bogus, anyway.
