itunes finding songs question

in itunes 14.2 gigs of songs... in my music folder the total is 14.6.

obviously i have some songs in the music folder that arn't in the library. is there anyway i can find those songs easily and decide to delete them or putting them into the library?

also..i'm very anal about keep my playcounts and info... so i can't do anything that would jeopardize that
