How do you cancel Match, and get a refund?

Stupid thing took all my songs off of my iPhone... it matched 1/10 of my collection (inc one album where it recognised 16 out of the 17 tracks WORK OUT I OWN THE WHOLE ALBUM MORONS!) and the other 9/10 of my collection has been "Waiting" for freakn weeks... and none of them are uploading (so WHY CAN'T THEY SYNC TO MY DAMN PHONE... WHY DO I HAVE TO UPLOAD THEM BEFORE I CAN FREAKN DOWNLOAD THE EXACT SAME FILES AGAIN!?!?!?).

I want my Money back, and can't work out how to get a refund... anyone know?

It took quite some doing, but I got my money back... iTunes Match is a Pox upon Apple.
