iPod Songs disappear on iPod Nano 6G

There seems to be something strange happening between my iPod Nano 6G and iTunes 10.5.2. I synced my iPod nano 6G and all my music was synced. When I play my iPod nano all the music is there. Now, when I sync my iPod nano again with iTunes and then play my iPod nano I noticed a few tracks are missing. To get my tracks back I have to reconnect my iPod nano back to iTunes to get those mp3s back.

Does anyone know what the problem is? Please advise
