Quick Photoshop Help, Thanks!
I need some quick photoshop help, am kind of a newbie. Could someone put the light blue background behind the man with the tan background in this picture below. I am not so good with photoshop, thanks for the help!

Would someone mind giving me a hand? I would like the light reflection on the face all the way to the left to go away... It would also be awesome if you could remove the black background and just keep it transparent so I can use whatever color I wish. I'll never use The Picture People again! Thanks!
