Something better than terminal?

Is there a program like terminator for OSX?? i like to be able to split my terminal in 2+ screen to be more productive... iTerm has that option, but it doesnt support the Lion full screen mode.. is there like an addon for OSX terminals to be able to split??

iTerm 2 seems to do everything you want: Supports Lion Full screen, split screen, multiple tabs, etc

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0_1 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9A405 Safari/7534.48.3)

You can also use screen to do all this (and more) - and it's already accessible in terminal.
