office X updater

though I'm running 10.2.0 and this could be part of the problem, has anybody else had trouble running the office x updater? won't work for me....it looks for it and then says it can't find it.. Might it have anything to do with the fact that I have the edu version?

I don't have any problems, nor has anyone else I know, unfortunately I don't have the education version, I'm running 10.2.1.

I think it has to do with the edu version. Apply the SR1 pack first and then apply the updater. That worked for me. I am also running 10.2.1 I dont think jaguar is to blame here. Just Macro****. Just to revise:

Apply SR1
Apply Updater.

ah didn't know there was a service pack

kewl works now 😀

funny thing is the updater didn't barf when it found a second copy of office x in the trash from an old backup waiting to be deleted

at least it was simpler than going from 10.0.0 to 10.1.5 he he 😀
