Resolved OK, How do you transfer everything from one iPhone to another iPhone?

If you get a new iPhone, how do you take all your music, and apps, and transfer it to the new phone? Also, does it work the same if you're switching from an iPod touch to an iPhone?

make a sync in iTunes with the old iPhone and make a restore on the new one ... that should transfer your files from one to the other ...

Similar with iPod; sync with your iTunes and then assign music or other files to the iPhone and sync again ...
