Mac Pro 2010 3.2 Hex or 2011 iMac 27" i7 3.4 for Final Cut X?

Both computers would run fcpx great. The mac pro would give you two extra cores and the ability to expand while the iMac would be more difficult to expand unless you were going external but you also get a monitor
