Question Making Folders Transparent on Home Screen?

Does anyone know if there's an option in either WinterBoard or Springtomize 2 that makes folders TRANSPARENT?

If not, can you please recommend a Cydia app/tweak that would accomplish this task on a 4S?

Thanks.

What do you mean by transparent?

With FolderIcons you can completely get rid of the folder background showing only the small app icons in your folder imposed on your homescreen, with or without shadow

Transparent as in a glass/see-through folder background where you can see your wallpaper, but retaining the original border design of the theme's folder icon.
