Someone loaned it a friend of mine so that I can set it up grade it for them, but I had no idea an antique was coming my way.

Any use/upgrades for this? Any chance of getting on the net?

Thanks!

You can mount it inside a nice picture frame and have it display a slide show of some of your favorite photos. I saw a nice howto on this months ago in Popular Science.

What is that like 10 years old or so? Take pics. If it works and has a network card or modem it should still be able to go online.

Here's a picture of mine. I have a nice Global Village 56k and Ethernet PC card, that worked when I got the PB, but I reformatted and lost all the drivers and I can't find them ANYWHERE even on their site. They only have flash upgrades for the card.

This powerbook has the nicest keyboard though and it runs 8.6 really good.
