Take a look at the Mountain Lion OX logo/picture...

Then take a look at the Steve Jobs' picture on the cover of his Biography...

Mountain Lion is.....Steve Jobs.

Must be a tribute to Apple's creator. I could not put the pictures on the forum. Hopefully someone will so people can see the resemblance...

Very creative Apple, and a wonderful tribute!

OP, at first, I thought you were crazy. But then I looked closer and you know what, you could be right after all. There is some resemblance indeed.

Great Tribute to their creator in the next OX that brings both OS and OX together as one. Maybe Apple designers used a photo of Steve Jobs to create the Mountain Lion's logo. I would not be surprised....

Come on all of you Graphic Artists, very easy to do now a days... :)

Great idea to the trilogy and keep Steve Jobs influence alive for awhile...

Sorry, spelling error. Very tired today :)

----------

Would be a great commercial or Keynote to introduce Mountain Lion.....show picture of Steve Jobs and then fade out and fade in Mountain Lion's logo....

Thanks Pooshka and Jolly Jimmy for the help with the graphics. :)

Perhaps you should send them a hint. ;)

At WWDC 2012, they could do a small intro talking about Steve Jobs Biography book sale numbers and then fade the picture into the Mountain Lion logo.

That's why I wrote the thread.. :) Apple people read these forums and Steve Jobs deserve some highlight in the next major release.

Would be cool and a good Tribute to the one who started it all...

It's a conspiracy! Steve Jobs is not dead. His brain was artificially transplanted into the body of a mountain lion, making him even more formidable. Should make for an interesting WWDC 12 when he mauls a member of the audience for forgetting to turn off their cell phone.

oh man, I am amazed. I want to see the warp from steve to a lion b/c I'm pretty sure you can turn steve into golem as well and see a resemblance.

I feel like I shouldn't have laughed, but I've had a particularly bad couple of weeks and I found this discovery to be quite funny. :D Thank you. :)

You can use any random picture of a person transform in that Lion
You're just seeing things...
