Hi,

I created an iPhone app using the regular iPhone template in Xcode 4.3. I am now wondering how I can make this universal so it can run on iPad and iPhone. When I change the device tab to Universal in my target summary, no new files are added, only the settings. Is there a convert to iPad button in Xcode 4 that creates all the new files?

Thanks,

There is no such thing as create new files. You will need to do this yourself, the only thing the older Xcode did - (before storyboarding and such, because i still haven't really looked into it) - is create an seperate MainWindow XIB, to start off, rest is up to you to make ;)
In the Target from the Project Settings, there should be something around iPad startup settings, u can start by doing such things.
