Fraps for mac

I came accros this little program for windblows, its very good. The quality is very nice and the file sizes are very small. You can check them out yourself:

I tryed to use Snapz Pro X but the files sizes are so big. I made a small 2 mins video and the quality was not that good and the file size was over 400mb. I have seen lots of movies made which are 5-10 mins and are around 100mb in size and look very nice. Here are some:

Is there a program like Fraps i can use for my mac? i would like to rec while i play and edit it and make a movie using imovie.

The ones made with Fraps are also very large initially, it's just that people compress them before uploading em.
