I'm looking on the app store at things like Photoshop elements, though it would seem that they are more suited to enhancing photos than image manipulation, would that be correct?
i just want to find a program with which i can be a little creative, more so than 'paint' but do not really need photographic enhancement features. For nothing more than playing with pictures of friends etc. Any suggestions most welcome.
As a shameless request and example of the sort of thing i'm after doing, if anyone had any time to tweak to following i'd be hugely grateful. I'd like to remove the notepaper lines, and create a higher resolution B/W image by means of (perhaps) having the image stylised/artistic filtered (basically re-rendered, though i do not have the photoshop vocabulary for it
