Refreshing the discussion from previous years.

I'm eyeing Tice's Corner, but where's everyone else going?

I know there's Palisades (technically NY), Garden State Plaza, and Willowbrook. Maybe even the Upper West Side (Manhattan) store can be considered close enough to Bergen County.

I'll be at Tice's around 1:00am for the 8:00am opening. Going for a 32GB White WiFi. Spot me in my Scottevest!

I am from Bergen County but just moved to Jersey City. I will be going to the Bestbuy right next to my house in Hoboken. Sales tax is only 3.5 compared to the 7 in Bergen county. saves me about 25 dollars lol.

Depends on the popularity of the model you want. I think you'll be fine.

I'm going as early as possible because I want a 16GB White WiFi only, and I think that's of the most popular.

Yeah I hear ya. Still deciding between white and black, but pretty sure I'm going with the 32gb. I currently have an iPad 1 (black).

Soco, if you do in fact get there that early, would you mind posting a line update at some points through the night/early morning? There are bunch of best buys between me and Tice's Corner and I'm still not sure what the best strategy is.

Sure thing. I think I'll be leaving around 11pm. Keep an eye on the thread now and again. I'll post a pic or two and some text now and then.

I was contemplating BestBuy for their insurance... but Apple Stores are more fun.

I'm in Passaic County and was thinking of going to Tice, Paramus or Willowbrook in Wayne. Not sure where. I was hoping to meet up with some and was thinking of going 4am. Think that's too late? I'm hoping not.

So who want's to meet up.

BTW, for those looking for the 32GB, I'm getting a black 32GB AT&T delivered tomorrow. I also ordered a VZW 32GB that will be delivered on Wednesday 3/21. I'm probably just going to return them or maybe sell for a $50 premium if I could just to make up difference for the larger model. If I meet someone that doesn't get this (or that doesn't want to wait, just letting you know I've got them). PM me if interested.

I got buyers remorse and decided I would prefer the 64GB VZW which is why I'm trying to go get one tomorrow.

Went to Palisades to pick up my 64GB LTE iPad and there were more employees than customers at 8:45. In and out in 15 minutes.
