Jaku theme question

I bought Jaku a while ago and just used the icons but now I'm using the whole theme and I noticed that while on the springboard and lock screen, the 3G and IntelliScreenX mute icons are themed and they're cool but when you're in an app they change back. How do I make them stick even in apps or have them always have them as stock?

Edit: the icons are now showing up everywhere but I'm not sure what changed. How can I change them back to stock?
