Anyone know how to assign a custom icon to a disc you're burning?

I have some DVDs and CDs I'd like to burn. But I want to customize the icons. I know the pros do it... I've got a bunch of custom icon software and I use them all the time. Any ideas?

You have to use the Mac Volume format to preserve the icons, and not ISSO9660 or UDF.

So then, PCs won't be able to read it, right?

this is something I change in disk utility?
