iPad stands with adjustable height?

Why aren't there any iPad stands that have adjustable height to elevate it up to eye level?

It's so much easier on the neck to stare straight ahead when watching movies or reading comics. The best I could find are these two stands...

One's an art easel that works well for iPad:

Neither's perfect though. I'd prefer one that has customizable adjustment up to a foot above the base.

I've never used it, but it looks interesting. The picture shows the desk clamp, but it looks like you can use a stand instead.

I'd seen some of that style, but never that brand... Thanks for the link!

The universal iPad snakeclamp model may be just what I'm looking for. The problem with other stands of this type is that they don't accommodate a case, but that looks like it would work with an Incipio NGP.

How safe would that be for typing though? Not very I'd say...Not much out in the UK yet, my newbie is living in the old iPad 2 Griffin leather folio until the shells etc. become available here.

I haven't actually used it, but I would assume the stability would depend on how tight/stable the gooseneck is.
