iTunes and automatic downloads
My wife and I share a MBP. We both have separate logins and separate iTunes libraries. When I went to configure her automatic downloads (we both have iPhones as well), it stated that the computer was also associated with an Apple ID, so I accepted the prompts and set her up. I assumed the Apple ID was possibly an old one she may have had.
Turns out the the Apple ID associated with the computer was mine, and my automatic downloads were disabled since the computer is now associated with her ID. Is there way around this since we both have separate login's and separate iTunes libraries, or is iTunes using my MBP's serial number to determine what a computer is. |
