When did iOS remove the Blue Lego icon?

Remember how you would see the Blue Lego when trying to access a website with Flash content. Now there's nothing showing you... it's just blank.

I'm thinking it happend when 4 was bumped to 4.2, but can't find any confirmation? Does anyone here know?

The last time I saw something, it was like, "Adobe Flash is required to play this content."
