This is probably the wrong place to post this but here are my thoughts.

I posted this elsewhere though I wanted to see where people stood on picking apart my ideas with all the rumors going about.

1. Kill 11" Air (or cut the price), make 13" Air standard as base model and cut price to $999. Make it an ULV processor, 4 GB RAM soldered, 128 GB flash storage with an option for 256.

2. Make a standard 13" model thinner but not as thin as the Air with a regular IB processor with better SSD (user replaceable). 4/128 minimum with options for 8 and 16 GB RAM and 256/512 GB SSD.

3. 15" Pro SSD minimum 256 GB SSD and 4 or possibly 8 GB RAM all user replaceable.

4. Higher end 15" Pro - quad core IB (256/8)

5. 17" Pro - quad core IB (256/8)

Fair enough. Is it logical to make the 13" standard if it's thin enough and light enough?

Is it possible to make a jump from ULV to a normal mobile processor?
