2D line to 3D object
Hi guys.
I have a little project (am making something!). Its a plastic hook and I can make it myself, but I really want a 3D object of it. I am useless with these 3D apps so I am asking for a bit of advice. I have a side on line drawing to scale and want to turn it into a 3D model. Whats the easiest way to do this? I was hoping to find a way to import it into a 3D program and kinda stretch it ? I would also want to give the corners a slight rounding to them as I will be doing that to the finished hook. I am attaching the side on view if that helps visualise what I am trying to do. any suggestions please guys n gals?
