How to get 16:9 Screensaver

The new photos from National Geographic are gorgeous. It's just a shame that they only take up the middle of the screen. It seems they are 4:3 or maybe even square.
Is there a way to get them to fill the screen? Or even better: is there somewhere perhaps another collection of great 1080p photos in 16:9 that one could somehow use?

It should do this automatically based on detected TV size. Maybe check to see if it changes when manually changed.
