Linkinus Applescript

Hi there! I need help with writing a script for Linkinus IRC application. I want to make a script that would return an action triggered by a user-written command, for example if user X wrote
Code:
!dance
, my client would respond with
Code:
/me dances around.
a really simple script, but since I'm really bad at programming, tried to figuring it on my own for 3 hours with the help of tutorial and applescripting sites and failed, I'm putting down a request here. All I've managed so far was making the script work as an alias where on /<commandname> it returned the action.
