my winterboard is not working

iPad 1 iOS 5.0 my winterboard is not working. neither installed themes, nor default themes. i have reinstalled it, uninstalled it, and reinstalled it again. i jailbroke with redsnow 0.9.10b6 . how can i fix it? i uninstalled and reinstalled mobile substrate aswell
