RipIt/HandBrake problem with some DVDs

I've ripped around 400 DVDs with RipIt and encoded them for AppleTV2 with HandBrake with no problem for the most part. But I'm having trouble with a certain few. The DVDs are like new. When I try encoding in HandBrake it just says "Scanning new source..." but just hangs. Has anyone ripped/encoded these successfully?

Trouble with some DVDs

Here is how I get past most of the hang up issues. Play the DVD with the Mac DVD player. When the movie is playing click On the screen remote control, click title until it displays the title it is playing. DVD's usually have many false titles in them to prevent extraction. Then in Handbrake instead of click source go to file and select Source specific. Enter the title number when asked and usually it will work.
