Podcast Producer/Composer/Capture

I have been tasked with getting iTunesU up and running for the school I work for. We are using an Xserve (w/Lion) and Podcast Producer/Composer/Capture as the means to create the podcasts.

I am having trouble with several aspects of this setup, but currently, I am focusing on the images used for each podcast/gallery. According to the instructions, when you create a workflow in PodCast Composer, you should be able to drag an image into the Workflow Inspector and that will set that as the default image of any podcast created with that workflow. This does not seem to be the case, at least from what I'm seeing. I found the directory with the podcasts, and the image IS there, but it does not pull in to the feed. When I do a "right-click > view image" it shows the directory as one that I cannot find.

Does anyone have any insight as to where this directory could be, or how I could change the directory? Thanks!

The URL where the image is supposedly coming from is:
<img id="feedTitleImage" src="http://xserve1/podcastproducer/feed_logos/50E81FF5-CFFC-4F44-BC51-BEC8DEADBBAE.png"/>

I cannot find the "feed_logos" directory anywhere...
