(UPDATE) SSD not showing up and Stripped fan screw

Hi everyone

My 120gb Mushkin chronos SSD is not showing up in startup disk. The way i did it is by putting the ssd in external dock and used carbon copied to clone it, booted the drive in the external dock and it work and i saw it in the startup disk. When i installed it in the mac mini through the SATA its not showing up in the startup disk or when i press option key. Any ideas of what i did wrong HELP PLEASE?

My bigger problem is when i installed the fan back on i over tightened the screw and i stripped it =( anyone know how i could get it off and where i could get new screws??? HELP PLEASE !!

how many drives are now in the mini?

did you remove the original hdd and put in the ssd just a swap?

did you put in a second cable and now have 2 drives in the mini?

as for the stripped screw which one did you strip?

It sounds like the problems are pretty clear to you from what you can see - and it's difficult for us to add anything, not being able to look ourselves.

Do you have specific questions that this community can help with?

Consider posting photos if there's something you're not sure about.
