Hey Guys,
I just wanted to let you know that the Steam version of The Witcher 1: Enchanted Edition is now available for the mac for about 8 euro's.
The Witcher is one of the best RPG's out there (the witcher 2 is even better, gameplay wise). It has a rich story and the world is really well developed.
When booting the (mac) game, I was a bit let down with it being a wine port. But to my great surprise it runs way better on my mac then on my bootcamp partition (I always had problems running the game on windows, which is strange considering its an older game and I can run newly released games at highest graphics).
Anyways I just thought that the developers (who have done a great job of keeping their games up to date and listening to the fans) could use some support from the mac community.
So if you're an RPG fan, go ahead and buy that game! Perhaps we'll see the witcher 2 on mac one day! (hopefully native, but probably ported though!)
