Sync RSS feeds in Safari between mac and iOS

Hi, I really like using Safari to read RSS on mac and I used it for a long time. Then until I had my first iPhone, iPad later, I found it was not possible to sync the feeds between mac and iOS. I tried to switch to google reader by using apps like Reeder and etc. The experience is good but not as comfortable as using Safari. I want Safari RSS interface and the ability to sync across platforms. Does anybody know if there is a way to sync feeds stored in safari between mac and iOS? Thanks.
