iPad won't connect to my ATT MiFi Mobile Hotspot

My new iMac, my iPhone 4S, and my new MBP will connect to the MiFi Mobile Hotspot. However, neither of my iPads will connect. I keep getting the following message:

"Unable to join the network MiFi"

This is frustrating since we would like to be able to let our two boys connect to the internet while we are in the car.

Any thoughts?

FYI....they have no problem connecting to my home wifi network.

Which MiFi is it? My dad has the Elevate 4G and it works with his iPad 2.

It's the last one (came out last year before the Elevate 4G). It called the Mifi 2372.

I'll definitely check into that. I'm just stumped why it would work with the iPhone4S, iMac, MBP, and not the iPad.
