SMB Discovery

I'll try and keep this short,

I recently switched from my Qnap NAS to a box with WHS 2011.
My data is migrated and everything seems to be going ok.

With my Qnap, finder used to discover the SMB and AFP shares automatically. They simply showed up under shared in finder.
I imagine this was because the NAS advertised them via Bonjour?

Is there anyway I can replicate this now that I've made the move to WHS 2011?

I know I can open finder and cmd+k but I liked the auto discovery, haha.

I believe you can install Bonjour on Windows Machines.
