Help with Automator

Hey guys,
I don't know if this is the correct forum but...

I need an "Automator Code"(I don't know if it's called like that) that first greets me, then say if i have e-mails to read and my iCal plans for the day.

I don't know even if I can ask it, but if yes, please someone do it for me...

Thanks and sorry for my bad english
