Why do some songs "Matched" and some "Upload", though they are bought from iTunes?

Curious as to why iTunes is showing some songs from the same album as "Matched" and some as "Uploaded" even though I bought them from iTunes?

Weird depends. Were the uploaded songs ones that are no longer available for purchase through iTunes?

No the albums are pretty new and still available to buy.
